INDIVIDUAL GIFTS PAYMENTS

Are payment transactions on giltedged.co.uk safe?

Yes, very safe!

You can pay by Visa, Switch or Delta debit card or MasterCard credit card. These transaction are processed using the Barclaycard online systemand all transactions are carried in a secure area of our webspace. Your internet browser will usually inform you of whether you are in a secure area by displaying a small padlock somewhere within its interface. If you are still concerned, we are happy to take your order over the phone by calling 0800 074 0576 or via the postal service address is given below.

How can I pay for my order?

There are 4 methods that you can pay for the order, this is either Credit card, debit card, cheque or postal order.

When will I be charged for my goods?

Credit and Debit card payments are taken within one working day.

VAT

All goods (except children's clothing) and delivery are subject to VAT at 17.5%. All prices shown within the store are inclusive of VAT.

Buyers from outside the UK will have the VAT total removed at the transaction stage, VAT may still be shown within the basket.

When will my goods be delivered?

We will make every effort to deliver within the times stated. However we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within our 10 working days timescale, please contact us by telephone or email. Please bear in mind that overseas deliveries can take longer than 10 days, for more information please contact us.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Can I have my order delivered overseas?

Yes.

We can deliver goods to destinations outside the UK, please refer to the costings

We aim to despatch goods to overseas destinations within 10 working days in most circumstances, subject to stock.

Orders are despatched either by Airmail or by Courier. Our courier requires a signature and operates between 9am and 5pm weekdays only. Please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your goods between these hours.

How much will I be charged for postage and packaging?

Orders up to £30 = £1.95
Orders up to £100 = £4.95
Orders over £100 = £7.50

Outside UK

Orders up to £30 = £4.95
Orders up to £100 = £12.50
Orders over £100 = £22.50

All delivery cost include VAT.

 

INDIVIDUAL GIFTS RETURNS

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but on occasion you may feel it necessary to return an item.

Unwanted items - if you return the product in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of the date that you received it, we will refund you any money that you have paid for that product. All you pay is the return postage of the goods. Please inform us by telephone on 0800 074 0576 or email indsales@giltedged.co.uk of your wish to return the goods.

Unfortunately personalised goods cannot be returned unless faulty.

You are responsible for the item/s until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery). This will ensure a signature is taken to confirm receipt of the goods.

 

CORPORATE RETURNS

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but on occasion you may feel it necessary to return an item. However if you are not happy with your goods please contact us on 01604 671671 within 14 days of the date that you received them. Please do not return the goods to us until you have contacted us. Return address details will be given at that time.
