Its Promotional Products Week! The time of year when everyone in the industry gets together to help promote promotional products to the world. The week is organised by The British Promotional Merchandise Association (BPMA) and each year to go with all the marketing activities they release their latest research into the industry and its customers. This is always an interesting read for us as it gives us an insight into how well we are doing in keeping our customers happy and offering the right products and services.
