Congratulations to Chloe and Dan

We believe in supporting our staff and offering them opportunities to improve their skills and experience. Two of our sales staff have recently completed these type of courses.

Chloe has spent the last year working towards an NVQ. ”I must admit I found the NVQ more challenging than I expected but in a good way!” said Chloe, ”I wanted to improve my sales knowledge and understanding of sales and the processes involved in more depth. I definitely feel that the course has given me more confidence when having dialogue with customers”

“The course was broken down into various units and outcomes. Most outcomes involved essay writing and personal research whereas others were verbal with my examiner. I would fit essays in around my general working hours and was offered time to complete units throughout the day”

“After all of the hard work I definitely found the NVQ worthwhile, not only have I achieved another qualification I have a better understanding of sales and also businesses that evolve around sales and the legal limitations. Since beginning the course the I feel more confident in the service I give to my customers and I am receiving excellent feedback because of this.”

We also pleased to report that Dan has also completed his apprenticeship with the company. Like Chloe, he has been working hard on this over the past year.

“I have learnt so much about how the business works and how do deliver a service that will give the customer a great experience with us.” said Dan, “I now feel very confident at work and I am now able to work proactively and independently managing my own work and taking responsibility for accounts. I would certainly recommend an apprenticeship to anyone considering it”

Staff are very important to us. We want our staff to be as proactive and experienced as possible because this in turn makes our customer experience even better.
