Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not satisfied you may feel it is necessary to return an item.
Personalised Goods - Unfortunately these cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Unwanted Goods - If you return the product in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of the date that you received it, we will refund you the money that you paid for it. All you pay is the return postage of the goods. Please inform us by telephone or email if you wish to return the goods.
