Prices shown include VAT at 20%

Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Please consult your local customs office for more information regarding these costs.

All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, we may offer you an alternative product or offer to cancel your order and we will refund any money that you have paid.

Delivery
We will deliver goods to UK destinations within 7 working days in most circumstances, subject to stock.

Orders are despatched either by Royal Mail or by Courier.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated. However we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

If the goods are not delivered within our 7 working days timescale, please contact us by telephone or email. We will try and resolve the issue, as quickly as possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but on occasion you may feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. Please contact us prior to returning any purchases. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Personalised Goods - Unfortunately cannot be returned unless faulty.

Unwanted Goods
If you return the product in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of the date that you received it, we will refund you any money that you have paid for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please inform us by telephone 0800 0740 576 or email consumersales@giltedged.co.uk of your wish to return the goods.

Faulty Goods
If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by telephone 0800 0740 576 or email consumersales@giltedged.co.uk and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

You are responsible for the item/s until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery). This will ensure a signature is taken to confirm receipt of the goods.

Data Protection
We will use the information which you provide and the records of items you buy for internal use only. We will not sell personal details to other marketing companies.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
